Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Project management : ownership of the complete process while continuously challenging and checking for competitiveness, by
o being the internal customer voice
o translate project brief into a request for cost price
o creating and updating timelines for projects prior handover
o making sure that cost prices are received according to deadline through constant communication with all related internal departments
o analyze and if required challenge all cost pricing & commercial elements relating to the enquiry (achievement of winning criteria and conditions)
o driving the internal process, supporting Sales on collecting all relevant information according to customer specifications.
o ensuring business case and pricing models are approved and adhered to, as per Company requirements.
o completing & submitting full deal proposals, inclusive all sample requirements, create and supply sales with the quotation and follow up preproduction prior handover.
o making sure that handovers are accurate and complete so your fellow colleagues from customer service have all the info needed to start item creation process and operational execution
o reviewing visit reports of customer visits for any deal related issues and take appropriate action

• Contract management: by monitoring
o CFU (contract follow up)
o cost prices & sales prices
o contract performance, calculating price adjustment as well as raw material reviews and any incentives (eg. Bonus, free goods and any other agreed contract conditions)
o and follow up quality complaints (production related) to ensure correct specs as per agreement with your account/customer
- Proactively support the Sales team in developing new business through coordination and precise delivery of accurate and competitive information resulting in conversion of the sales pipeline.
- To assist the sales teams ongoing projects by building and subsequently maintaining commercial relationships with key customers.
- Responsibility to coordinate and communicate with all internal stakeholders according to the project brief and timeline, manages the total bid process from inception through to approval and then the subsequent handover to Customer Support.
The priority is to deliver accurate and timely approvals to the Sales Function and support the projects and pre sales supporting activities as well as price and margin analysis.
