• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines

Work Experience:
• Work experience of 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner role or a more generalist HR role, preferably in an international environment

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
• Strong computer and database application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of eBlox is a plus

• General knowledge of the Belgian labor law
• Knowledge of Dutch labor law is a strong advantage
• Sociable, flexible and able to cope with contradicting interests
• Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
• Able to interact with employees at all levels
• Able to push and pull to gather accurate data/information from all kind of sources (internally and externally) under time constraints/deadlines
• Strong commitment to confidentiality
• Sensitive to cultural differences
• Flexible, no nine to five mentality
• Team player
Language / Communication Skills:

• Dutch fluent verbally and in writing

Job Summary:

Reporting to the HR Manager deSter Harmony, this role is responsible for providing support to managers and employees to, but not limited to, the full employment life cycle:
• Recruitment and Selection
• Employee Engagement (Performance management, Training & Development, Communication)
• Employee exits (voluntary and involuntary)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performance management
 Full support to the Performance assessment & Planning process for deSter EMEA
 Support manager in following the disciplinary processes where appropriate
• Training and Development
 Review training needs against PA&P
 Look after, subscribe and organise trainings for deSter employees upon request
 Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met
• Recruitment
 Post and follow up open vacancies on LinkedIn, deSter website and other recruitment channels in the best cost efficient way
 First point of contact for recruitment channels and partners
 Assist managers with drafting the job description
 Interviewing candidates
 Conduct new hire orientation and provide on boarding support
• Implement & assist to ad hoc HR projects
• Access permissions/authorizations IT and its administration
• Preparation Works council/ union meetings
• Back up Office management and HRBP colleagues
